1. Are your candles safe?

Our candles are clean-burning and made without the use of harmful chemicals. We work with some top global fragrance houses based in United States to develop our scents, which contain both natural and high quality synthetic ingredients. All yours will be free from parabens or phthalates while following strict international safety standards set by IFRA so you can enjoy them guilt free at home.  

2. Do you test on animals?

No, All of our candles are cruelty-free and vegan.  

3. How can I cancel or edit my order?

If you need to edit or cancel your order, please email info@glownbliss.com as soon as possible. 

4. How can I check the status of my order?

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). If your shipment does not arrive or you have any issues, please email info@glownbliss.com and we'll help resolve your issue!

5. Do you do private label/custom scents?

Unfortunately we are unable to take on custom projects.
